The HR Hub is a monthly subscription designed for business owners who need practical HR support without employing an in house HR Manager.
You get access to clear guidance, editable policy templates, and HR resources you can use straight away. Everything sits in one simple portal so you can find what you need quickly when an issue comes up.
The HR Hub works well if you want reliable HR support, straightforward answers, and tools that help you deal with people issues properly and confidently.
Monthly HR Retainer

From £450 per month
This option is designed for small businesses that want ongoing HR support without employing an in house HR Manager.
The monthly retainer includes access to The HR Hub, plus up to 4 hours of support with me each month. This can be used for day to day HR queries, advice on employee issues, document updates, and general guidance as things come up.
It works well for growing teams who want a consistent point of contact for HR, predictable monthly costs, and practical support they can rely on.

This package is designed to give you clarity, compliance and confidence so you get the basics right every time and avoid common pitfalls.
Employer Essentials– £695
Everything you need to employ people properly from day one. Clear terms, simple policies and the key forms so managers can get on with the job.
You get an employment contract template, an offer letter and a basic employee handbook, plus the privacy notice, health and safety policy, SSP and annual leave forms, sickness self-cert, probation review forms and short manager guides. All plain English and editable in Word or Google Docs.
Bespoke Employer Package – £995
All the foundations above, tailored to your business. Work directly with Katie to shape the contract and handbook to your roles, hours, benefits and ways of working.
You get everything in Employer Essentials, plus a bespoke employment contract, a tailored handbook in your tone and policy set, an onboarding call, two rounds of edits within 30 days and 30-day aftercare for questions.
Power Hour

From £125 per hour
The Power Hour is a one hour session designed for business owners who need clear HR advice on a specific issue.
It works well for one off questions, sense checking a situation, or getting clarity on next steps around employee matters. We use the time to focus on the issue at hand and what you should do next.
If you have a short term project or need more ongoing support, we can talk through whether a retainer or a fixed project fee would be a better fit.
