You get access to clear guidance, editable policy templates, and HR resources you can use straight away. Everything sits in one simple portal so you can find what you need quickly when an issue comes up.
The HR Hub works well if you want reliable HR support, straightforward answers, and tools that help you deal with people issues properly and confidently.
Monthly HR Retainer

This option is designed for small businesses that want ongoing HR support without employing an in house HR Manager.
The monthly retainer includes access to The HR Hub, plus up to 4 hours of support with me each month. This can be used for day to day HR queries, advice on employee issues, document updates, and general guidance as things come up.
It works well for growing teams who want a consistent point of contact for HR, predictable monthly costs, and practical support they can rely on.

Employer Essentials provides employers with the core employment documents needed to employ staff properly from day one. It sets clear terms, policies, and expectations, giving you a solid foundation as your business grows.
Employer Essentials– £495
This option includes a core set of employment documents you can use straight away. You will receive an employment contract, offer letter, and a basic employee handbook, along with supporting documents to help you get started. Everything is written to be practical, compliant, and easy to use.
Bespoke Employer Bundle – £695
This option includes the same core documents, tailored to your business, working arrangements, and specific needs. We’ll talk through how you operate, so the documents will be adjusted so they properly reflect your organisation.

Power Hour

The Power Hour is a one hour session designed for business owners who need clear HR advice on a specific issue.
It works well for one off questions, sense checking a situation, or getting clarity on next steps around employee matters. We use the time to focus on the issue at hand and what you should do next.
If you have a short term project or need more ongoing support, we can talk through whether a retainer or a fixed project fee would be a better fit.
