How I work
All client HR queries must be submitted via email. Direct messages on social media or WhatsApp are not monitored for client queries and may not receive a response.
Client support is available during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:30am-3:30pm). Requests outside these hours will be addressed on the next working day.
Each support package details specific inclusions. Work outside your agreed scope (such as bespoke documentation or extra consultations) can be provided at my standard rates. Advance approval and payment are required before additional work is undertaken.
Standard turnaround times for deliverables depend on the service you have signed up for. Urgent requests or expedited work may be accommodated subject to availability and may also incur an additional rush fee.
Out-of-scope or emergency requests are subject to a premium urgent support fee. This ensures I can offer timely support while balancing the needs of all clients. Full details of this service and fees will be made available upon request.
